TM Febr 2010 TOYOTA

tm feb4 2010

Toyota may be a buy here. Arguable it has done 5 down, has reached the bottom of the wedge at $74 and then some and both the RSI and MACD are at pretty low levels. This stock has been down 10x for the last 11 days. I own a Corolla and a Subaru, the Corolla has the floor mats tied down real well whereas the Subaru (2x as expensive) has the mats floating all over the place. Abstracting from the brake pedal proper, the Corolla is much safer, at least with respect to anything having to do with the gas peddle. Curiously no mention has been made at all of the Audi.  It would seem to me that the problem is grotesquely overstated. Also the company upped its guidance re its future profitability. Looks like a buy to me with tight stops  $70/69 for a target of $80 or so.

TSE Feb4,2010

TSE Feb4 2010

Either the TSE has completed the entire rebound by doing the very minimum and is now beginning the next which will get nastier soon, or we have a b-wave and will shoot back up and only then start the serious drop. I have no idea but one thing is clear and that is that gold by dropping more than $45 in the morning is clearly losing its luster.

This one falls in the category of buying anything under $1 and sell for $3 and do it often enough and you will make money. It worked once with this one and may do it again. Short term the chart is not very clear as it made a low of 60 cents together with everything else in March. From their it MAY have started a bullish trend (or corrective one to the first gap). The 60cents should hold so a buy at 70 might just be the right level. Once bought you cannot control it as it is already so low.

You do this once and it will not work, do it often and it will be very rewarding (think Ford).

PS. The low was 61 cents not 60, yesterday’s drop was 61 %, this thing is full of Fibo numbers.
